Common Problem:

1. What kind of car is the product suitable for and how much displacement can it start?

The product is a 12V power supply and cannot be used for 24V vehicles. Range of start-up vehicles: gasoline vehicles below 4.0L and diesel vehicles below 2.0L.

2. Can the product charge the car battery?

The emergency power supply shall not charge the car battery or replace the car battery. The emergency power supply can only help the car ignition in case of power loss.

3.How long does it take to start the product continuously?

In order to protect the power supply, it is recommended to start the vehicle continuously at an interval of more than 1 minute.

4.Why can’t the product vacuum normally?

1) The dust collecting cup is installed correctly. Please refer to the manual to check whether the dust collecting cup rotates in place according to the prompts;

2) The dust collecting cup is full. Please open the dust collecting cup and clean up the stolen goods in the dust collecting cup in time

3) The product suction nozzle or HEPA filter assembly is blocked. Please check and clean the foreign matters at the suction nozzle or HEPA filter assembly.
